Melt together:
1 stick of butter
7 ounces of bittersweet chocolate
6 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
In a mixing bowl combine the following:
6 eggs
2 3/4 cups of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
Mix for 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the chocolate/butter mixture.
Add:
3/4 cup of flour,
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips and 2 1/2 cups of chopped pecans.
Bake for 14 minutes at 350 degrees...they will be crackly on top!
