Seriously...it gets no easier than this, and it is
YUMMMY!
Mix the following together...
one spice cake mix
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
Stir in the following...
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped pecans
Pour into a greased anything! I used a Bundt pan, but
it asked for two loaf pans...it would also be good as
a sheet cake with a little cream cheese frosting!!!!
Anyway, I baked the Bundt for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
