Southwestern Chicken

This recipe is written on a post-it note, and has been one of my favs for a long time. I pulled it out of a magazine way back in 1993 when I was babysitting one summer in Norman. I guess I made it for me and Mallory!!!

Southwestern Chicken

Combine the following in a pie plate...
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup crushed
tortilla chips
1 package of taco seasoning

In another pie plate place 3/4
cup picante sauce.

Dredge four chicken breast in the piacnte sauce and then the breadcrumb
mixture. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake
at 375 for 25 to 35 minutes depending on the size of
the breast!


This is really good with Spoon Bread...I'll post it soon!
